Is delivery and setup included in my rental time?

Yes. Your rental will be delivered and setup approximately 45 minutes - 2hrs before your rental start time. Breakdown of the equipment begins at the conclusion of your rental time. For example: Your rental is from 11a-3p - An E&J rep will arrive prior to 11a to set the equipment up, and the same rep will arrive at 3p to break down the equipment all at no extra charge.

Aside from the posted prices, are there any additional fees apply?

The only additional fees besides the rental prices are state/local taxes (8.25%) and a delivery fee . Our delivery fee fluctuates with fuel prices. Customers 20 miles beyond our Mansfield, Texas location typically pay between $50 and $100, and our closer customers pay approximately $35 on average.

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings reserved with a deposit can be canceled for a full return if canceled up to 7 days prior to event. Cancelations made within 7 days of event will result in forfeiture of deposit. We are happy to reschedule events based on availability.

We're experiencing COVID-19, what are my options?

We understand COVID-19 has complicated all of our lives in one way or another. As consumers we have been faced with the decision of losing money, or rescheduling for a date we did not desire. We will work to reschedule you as best we can, but we are often booked. In case you cannot get a rescheduling that works for you and you have paid in full, you will be refunded everything minus deposit and processing.

What is your policy for damaged products?

At Elle & Jai, we realize that children can sometimes cause unintentional damage to soft play equipment when they are having a super fun time. To help keep our products in great shape and costs fair, we ask the following: No adults or children over the age of 5 - No shoes in the play area - No glitter or face paints - Please keep all equipment in the play zone - please keep all balls inside of ball pit - No reckless use likely to cause damage. If an item is intentionally or completely destroyed, an invoice for the cost of replacement will be sent.

Are products cleaned before being rented to me?

Elle & Jai realizes that cleanliness is a huge concern when it comes to our sweet children. That's why ALL equipment including the thousands of ball pit balls are sanitized before and after each booking. We take serious the responsibility of doing our part to stop and/or slow the spread of harmful germs and infectious diseases. You may also see us cleaning during setup, but this is to remove dirt and imperfections that occur during loading and transport to events

What if it rains on my rental date?

Due to the safety of the children and protection of equipment, we cannot set up outdoors in the rain. We will gladly, set up indoors if space is available. We will do everything possible to accommodate your event.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are made via credit/debit card and are processed directly through this website. We believe this payment method is most secure for both E&J and our customers.

Can I rent a soft play setup for indoor play or just outside?

Each rental can be set up indoors or outdoors, but please do take into account the space required for indoor and outdoor setups. Please be advised that it is up to the customer to ensure they have the proper space available inside. No refunds will be given for equipment that cannot fit once we deliver.
